Girl's Night Out! And grilled cheese at Cheesie's. Which was sort-of amazing. Perfect drunk/hangover food, having all of the most important components: Grease, cheese, bread. I split the Tradicion and Caprese with my half-sie buddy. The Tradicion was extremely spicy, but very good and the caprese was tame, but delicious. The dipping sauces are right up my alley and the $4 cider didn't hurt, either. If this place were closer to my house, I would probably have a different grilled cheese a night. I want to try everything on the menu. I haven't been this taken with a restaurant since Zoup!. (Which is also good, but can't compare to melted cheese on bread. Sorry, Zoup!)
