Yesterday I did a whole lot of nothing and it was great! I spent pretty much all day lounging and watching Law & Order, Sex & The City, and Roswell on DVD. I also made (well, more like constructed) chicken & waffles using the following:

...and it was freakin' DELICIOUS! I've never had chicken & waffles, but after seeing the chicken & waffle episode of Throwdown with Bobby Flay, I haven't been able to get them off my mind. I did a quick search for a chicken & waffle restaurant in Chicago, with no luck. So I decided to make them myself. Only problems are 1. I don't have a waffle maker and 2. I haven't the slightest clue how to make fried chicken (and quite frankly, the thought of attempting the task scares me). So, I bought all the staples and put them together!
