1. Having tried the 30 for 30 challenge and failing miserably, I'm mystified by others that are successful. (Like Callie.) They make it look so easy, I almost want to give it a go again. Notice I say almost.
2. I enjoy reading advice columns, so much so that I "like" Prudie on Facebook so that I can check out her live chat on Mondays and her column on Thursdays. Sometimes I'll read Savage Love and others, but Prudie is by far, my favorite.
3. One of my favorite books is Flowers in the Attic by V.C. Andrews. The movie from the 80s used to be a favorite, until I read the book, now it's a little bit of a disappointment. I fantasize that someone will do a remake. They remake every other shitty movie, why not?!
4. I'm a stickler for correct grammar, spelling, punctuation, etc. I even preview my posts several times before publishing to ensure accuracy. If I'm not sure of a word's meaning or spelling, I google it beforehand. If you see a misspelled word or incorrect usage, please feel free to point it out to me!
5. I know how to change the brake pads on most vehicles. A few years ago my brother taught me. I can also change a tire. I don't mind getting a little dirty now and then, I just don't want to break a nail!
6. I have a lot of trouble coming up with just 7 random facts about myself, and I wonder what that says about me or my life. Hmmm...
Damn, I thought I was on the last one!
7. I was the antithesis of school spirit in High School, yet I volunteered for and successfully planned my 10 year High School reunion. Mostly by myself. It was stressful, but I would probably do it again, if given the choice.
And now for the good part - giving back! I've decided to award 7 fab bloggers and here they are!
