I learned this weekend why I don't buy my cosmetics from Target. THEY DON'T OFFER RETURNS ON OPENED COSMETICS! If you buy cosmetics from Target, you better be sure they're right or there's nothin' you can do about it. Such a bummer because their prices are typically lower than Walgreens and CVS.
