My Doc gave me clearance to go back to ballet and then I regretted it. Kidding! Seriously though, it was tough going back after being inactive for 4 months. I could barely get through the whole 1.5 hour class. The next day I hurt all over. The day after was worse. By Friday I felt like an old lady. My teacher is probably ecstatic... Fucking sadist.
