So, I kept hearing about, and reading about, and seeing videos about (gawd, I know, you're probably sick of this subject by now) Miley's performance on the VMA's, I had to take a look for myself. (BTW, shouldn't YouTube be hosting the Video Music Awards, considering MTV never plays videos?! But, I digress.)
First of all, if I had 1 wish, it would be for Miley Cyrus to STOP sticking her fucking tongue out.
It's not cute.
But, in watching the video, I couldn't help but notice the look of boredom on the audience member's faces.
These people do not look entertained. Shit, even the queen of pointing to her vagina (Rihanna) is bored.
This was the sloppiest, most embarassing performance I've ever seen. And, yes, I saw that train wreck performance that Britney did a couple years back. It was more embarassing than that. It was like watching that old, drunk lady at the bar hang all over everybody and everyone is just hoping she will pass out or go home. Or, in Miley's case, it's more like the young, drunk girl that gets blasted before 11 PM and is hanging all over every guy 'cause she thinks every dude wants to sleep with her, because she's "hot" but really they are just hoping she leaves them alone before they get puke on their shoes.
We get it, Miley. You're all grown up now and you love sex. Now, can you stop shoving it in our faces? I really don't need to see you simulate masturbation on a giant stage in front of thousands of people, in person and even more people over the television.
And, another thing. You're not bad-ass. You're a Disney princess with a rich dad. The people you pay to dance on stage with you would not hang out with you if they had to do it for free. Christ, even they look embarrassed.
