I had just given up my search for peplum when I spotted this dress at JCP last weekend. It was the only one there, my size and the color I've been wearing a lot of lately. Plus it had sleeves and I always prefer sleeves to no sleeves. I admit it's a little short and tight, and you could call me a hussy, but I feel a little Joan Hollaway (the modern version), so bite me.
