I saw this Tucker for Target dress on Kansas Couture and then happened upon it last weekend. It was the only one left on the clearance rack and an XS (boo), but I decided to try it on anyway (it looked big) and... it fit! So I snatched it up for $19.98 (originally $40). I managed to find a pair of mustard (or gold, if you prefer) tights at American Apparel for $14. (American Apparel sells tights all year round, thank goodness, because all stores are stocking up for summer and spring, even though it's clearly still winter.) With all the shoes I own, I sometimes still don't have the right option, but I went with these black A.N.A. boots from JCPenney (I think I paid about $40) to break up the brightness of my legs. This dress is so loud, I decided to hold back on all accessories.
